Code of Conduct

Last updated: 5 August 2026

Sprint Network works because businesses can rely on what other businesses record on it. This Code of Conduct sets the behaviour we expect from every user — Consignors, Transporters, Owner-Operators, and Drivers. It supplements our Terms of Service; breach of this Code is a breach of the Terms.

  1. Deal Honestly

    1. Provide accurate information — about your business, fleet, jobs, goods, declared values, documents, and identity. Do not impersonate any person or entity.
    2. Honour the commitments you make on the platform. Accepting a job, awarding a bid, or agreeing to a quotation is a commitment to the counterparty.
    3. Do not manipulate bids, ratings, trust indicators, or platform records, and do not circumvent platform safeguards.
  2. Comply With the Law — Your Compliance Is Your Responsibility

    1. You are solely responsible for holding and maintaining every authorization your business requires — including vehicle permits and registration, fitness certificates, goods and transit insurance, e-way bills, GST registration and invoicing, and valid driver licensing.
    2. Sprint Network does not verify these authorizations and accepts no liability for their absence. Tools on the platform that record or display such documents are record-keeping aids, not verification or legal clearance.
    3. Do not use the platform to transport prohibited or restricted goods, or to evade tax or regulatory obligations.
  3. Prohibited Content and Behaviour

    Do not upload, share, or transmit through the platform any content or communication that:

    1. belongs to another person without authorization, or infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, or other proprietary right;
    2. is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, invasive of another's privacy (including bodily privacy), insulting or harassing on the basis of gender, or racially or ethnically objectionable;
    3. encourages money laundering, gambling, or is otherwise unlawful;
    4. is harmful to children;
    5. deceives or misleads about the origin of a message, or knowingly communicates misinformation or patently false information;
    6. threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security, or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order, or incites any cognizable offence;
    7. contains software viruses or any code designed to disrupt, damage, or limit the functioning of any computer resource;
    8. violates any law in force.
  4. Respect Other Users

    1. Keep platform communications professional. No harassment, threats, abuse, or discrimination toward counterparties, drivers, or staff.
    2. Use counterparty data (contacts, rates, documents) only for the transaction it was shared for — not for spam, scraping, or resale.
    3. Report incidents (theft, fraud, safety events) promptly through the platform's incident-reporting flow.
  5. Enforcement

    1. Sprint Network may act on violations proportionately: a warning, removal of content, suspension of features or accounts, or termination of access — depending on severity and repetition. Fraud, illegal activity, and safety threats may result in immediate termination and, where appropriate, reporting to authorities.
    2. On receipt of a valid court order or government notification, content is removed or disabled within the timelines prescribed under applicable law.
    3. Enforcement is about access to the platform. It is not adjudication of commercial disputes between users — see the Dispute Resolution Policy.
  6. Reporting Violations

    Report violations of this Code to the Grievance Officer at grievance@sprintnetwork.io or via the Contact Us page. Reports are acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 15 days.
