The privacy practices of this statement apply to our services available under the domain and subdomains of sprintnetwork.in and mobile apps (the "Site") owned and operated by Sprint Network Technologies Pvt Ltd. By visiting the website and apps, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use or access our services.

By accepting the Privacy Policy and the User Agreement in registration, you expressly consent to our use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and subject to the terms of the Sprint Network User Agreement.

  1. Definitions

    1. "We", "Our", and "Us" shall mean and refer to the creators of this privacy policy.
    2. "You", "Your", "Yourself" and "User" shall mean and refer to natural and legal individuals who use the Website.
    3. "Third Parties" refer to any website, company or individual apart from the User and the creator of the Website.
  2. Information Collected and Use

    We are committed to respecting your online privacy. We further recognise your need for appropriate protection and management of any personal information you share with us. In order to use this Site, you must first complete the registration form and create an email and password. During the registration process, you are required to give contact information such as:

    1. User data such as, but not limited to, First Name, Email Address, Company name etc.
    2. Vehicles' data such as Vehicle Registration Number, Vehicle type, Registered Country, Maximum load in metric tonnes, Maximum Volume in Cubic Meters etc.
    3. Tracking information such as, but not limited to, Tracker IMEI Number, Tracker Type and Device ID when connected to the Internet.
    4. This allows us to provide services and features that most likely meet your needs, and to customise our service to make your experience safer and easier. We only collect personal information about you that we consider necessary for achieving this purpose.

    In general, you can browse the Site without providing us with any personal information about yourself. Once you agree to provide us with personal information, you are no longer anonymous to us. If you choose to use our services, we may require you to provide contact and identity information, billing information and other personal information as indicated on the forms throughout the Site. Where possible, we indicate which fields are required and which are optional.

    If you choose to list, bid or match on the Site, we collect information about your activity and behaviour. We also collect other users' comments about you in our feedback area.

    Additionally, as part of the registration process, Sprint Network allows members registering as a service provider the option to submit certain commercial information such as a commercial service provider's licence number and any other authority a service provider chooses to include. It is up to each member individually to provide this information. Sprint Network will not validate this information but will allow Sprint Network's 3rd party partners to do so.

    If you choose to post messages on our Community Discussion Forums or leave feedback for other members, we will collect the information you provide to us. We retain this information as necessary to resolve disputes, provide customer support and troubleshoot problems as permitted by law.

    If you send us personal correspondence, such as emails or letters, or if other users or third parties send us correspondence about your activities or postings on the Site, we may collect such information into a file specific to you.

    From time to time we may provide you the opportunity to participate in contests or surveys on the Site. If you choose to participate, we will request certain personal information, including your email address. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose this information.

    If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about the Site, we will ask you for your friend's name and email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the Site. Sprint Network stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email and tracking the success of our referral programme.

However, we have no control over such external links present in the Website, which are provided by persons or companies other than us. Once you have used these links to leave our site, we do not have any control over that other website. You should exercise caution and look at the privacy statement applicable to the website in question.

    You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for any collection or disclosure of your personal information by any external sites, websites, companies or persons, nor do we endorse any advertising, orders or other material on or available from such external websites or resources.

    You further acknowledge and agree that we are not liable for any loss or damage which may be incurred by you as a result of the collection and/or disclosure of your personal information by external websites or resources.   4. Our Use of Your Information

    The information provided by you at the time of registration and as feedback shall be used to contact you when necessary. Your personal data may be collected and stored by us for internal record.

    We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, specifically for the following reasons:

    2. To resolve disputes
    3. To troubleshoot problems
    4. To help promote safe matching
    5. To collect fees owed
    6. To provide your information to Shippers and Transporters using our Website to facilitate the performance of Services

    You agree that we may use personal information about you to improve our marketing and promotional efforts, to analyse site usage, improve our content and product offerings, and customise the Site's content, layout and services.

    1. Suggest shipments or trucks available in your location
    2. Track your vehicle. We offer geofencing and location history features, both of which require us to view and record your current location

    You will be asked for permission before we collect your current location.

    We will occasionally send you information on products, services, special deals and promotions, as well as a newsletter. You are signed up for these emails at registration and you may unsubscribe at any time by going to your account tab and opting out of the emails, or by following the directions to unsubscribe in the email.

    We will send you strictly service-related announcements on rare occasions when it is necessary to do so. Generally, you may not opt out of these communications, which are not promotional in nature. If you do not wish to receive them, you have the option to deactivate your account.

    Tracking Technologies: Technologies such as cookies, beacons, tags and scripts are used by Sprint Network and our marketing partners, affiliates, and customer support and fraud prevention service providers. "Cookies" are small files placed on your hard drive that assist us in providing customised services. These technologies are used in analysing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movements around the site, identifying logged-in or registered users, and gathering demographic information about our user base as a whole.

    We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.

    We display personal testimonials of satisfied customers on our site in addition to other endorsements. With your consent we may post your testimonial along with your name. If you wish to update or delete your testimonial, you can contact us at privacy@sprintnetwork.in.

  11. Disclosure of Your Information to Third Parties

    Due to the existing regulatory environment, we cannot ensure that all of your personal information shall never be disclosed in ways other than those described in this Privacy Policy. We will not disclose personal details of registered users unless under certain circumstances where law and order or state security or cyber security investigations require the same, and after receiving such requests from the concerned governmental body in writing.

    • External Service Providers: There may be a number of services offered by external service providers that may be complementary to your use of the Site. If you choose to use these optional services and disclose information to the external service providers, then their use of your information is governed by their privacy policy. We do not disclose your personal information, including your email address, to external service providers unless you provide your explicit consent.
    • Sprint Network Community: Your Sprint Network user ID is displayed throughout the Site and is therefore available to the public. All of your activities on the Site will be identifiable to your user ID. Other people can see your bids, shipments you have listed, your feedback rating and associated comments, and your postings on the Site.
    • Internal Service Providers: We may use third parties to facilitate or outsource one or more aspects of our business operations. These internal service providers are subject to confidentiality agreements with us and other legal restrictions that prohibit their use of the information we provide them for any other purpose except to facilitate the specific outsourced Sprint Network related operation.
    • Law and Order: We cooperate with law enforcement inquiries, as well as other third parties to enforce laws such as intellectual property rights, fraud and other rights, to help protect you and the Sprint Network community from bad actors. Therefore, in response to a verified request by law enforcement or other government officials relating to a criminal investigation or alleged illegal activity, we can (and you authorise us to) disclose your name, city, state, telephone number, email address, user ID history, fraud complaints, and bidding and listing history without a subpoena.
  12. Log Files

    As is true of most websites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data. We use this information to analyse trends, administer the site, track users' movements around the site and gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We do not link this automatically-collected data to personal information.

  13. Accessing, Reviewing and Changing Your Profile

    Following registration, you can correct, update, delete or deactivate the information you submitted at the stage of registration, except your display name/user name and mobile number. Such changes can be facilitated by emailing us at contact@sprintnetwork.in or via your account settings page. We will respond to your access request within 30 days.

    If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, or to remove your profile so that others cannot view it, please write to or email us as soon as possible at support@sprintnetwork.in. We shall promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.

    We shall retain in our files information you have requested to remove in certain circumstances, such as to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems and enforce our terms and conditions. Prior information is never completely removed from our databases due to technical and legal constraints including stored backup systems.

    We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. When you enter sensitive information on our registration or order forms, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). We have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us.

    However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.     Each paragraph of this privacy policy shall be and remain separate from and independent of and severable from all and any other paragraphs herein except where otherwise expressly indicated or indicated by the context of the agreement.
