Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Nothing about a job travels in the clear between the app in a driver's hand and the servers that hold it.
Access is role-based, and a job is shared with the companies working on it rather than published. A shipper, the carrier and the driver each see their own part of the same record: your planners see planning, your accounts team sees accounts, and a carrier sees the job you gave them and nothing else of yours.
Data policy
Your data is safe with us.
When you sign up with Sprint you enter a contract with us, and these are our commitments under it.
- We do not sell your data to third parties, for advertising or otherwise.
- Our staff do not have access to your data.
- Your rates and contracts are between you and the other party. Sprint is not a party to them and takes no commission on them.
- A job is shared only with the companies working on it. Nothing of yours is published.
- Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and hosted in India.
