Refund & Billing Policy
This policy explains how Sprint Network charges for its software subscriptions, what happens when you cancel a subscription or delete your account, and when refunds apply. It supplements our Terms of Service. Sprint Network's charges are software subscription and platform fees only — we take no commission on freight and never hold freight payments between parties.
-
What You Are Charged For
- Subscription fees for your chosen plan, charged per billing period at the prices shown in the plan picker at the time of purchase, plus applicable taxes (GST).
- Plan entitlements (such as usage quotas, feature access, and limits) are those described on the plan at the time of purchase or renewal.
- Promotional pricing (for example, founding-member pricing with a stated lock-in period) applies for the period stated in the offer; thereafter the then-current standard price applies.
- Sprint Network does not charge cancellation fees, dispute fees, or per-job commissions.
-
Billing and Renewal
- Subscriptions run for the billing period you select and renew at the end of each period unless cancelled before renewal.
- Price changes never take effect mid-period. If the price of your plan changes, the new price applies only from a subsequent renewal, with prior notice.
- Invoices/receipts for subscription payments are available in the app's billing section.
-
Cancelling Your Subscription
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from the app's subscription/billing section. Cancellation stops future renewals.
- Access continues to the end of the paid period. After cancellation, your plan's features remain available until the current billing period ends; the subscription then lapses to the free tier (where one exists) or ends.
- No pro-rata refunds. Fees already paid for the current billing period are not refunded on cancellation, except where required by law or stated otherwise in Section 6.
- If you purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the subscription must also be cancelled in your store account (see Section 4(c)).
-
Account Deletion
- You may request deletion of your account from within the app. Deletion removes your access and handles your data as described in the Privacy Policy, including records we are legally required to retain (for example, registration records retained for the statutory period, and transaction records other users legitimately rely on).
- Account deletion does not erase the counterparty's copies of jobs, documents, and communications you shared with them through the platform.
- Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Store-billed subscriptions must be cancelled in your Apple or Google account settings, or they may continue to bill. Cancel the subscription first, then delete the account.
- Outstanding subscription fees remain payable notwithstanding account deletion.
-
Payment Methods and Auto-Debit
- Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; Sprint Network does not store your card or bank credentials.
- Where you purchase through an app store, the store's billing terms also apply.
- Where recurring auto-debit (e-mandate) is used, it operates under RBI's e-mandate framework: you authenticate when the mandate is created, receive a pre-debit notification before each charge, and can modify or withdraw the mandate at any time through the payment provider.
-
Refunds
- Duplicate or erroneous charges (for example, being charged twice for the same period) are refunded in full once verified.
- Charges after a completed cancellation — if you cancelled before renewal and were still charged, the charge is refunded in full.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play follow the store's refund process and timelines.
- Beyond the cases above, subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
- To request a refund, contact support@sprintnetwork.io or use the Contact Us page. Billing complaints can also be raised through the grievance channel described in the Dispute Resolution Policy (acknowledged within 24 hours, resolved within 15 days).
-
Freight Payments Are Not Covered by This Policy
Payments for transport services flow directly between Consignors and Transporters, outside the platform. Sprint Network cannot refund, reverse, or intervene in freight payments. Disagreements about freight amounts are user-to-user disputes under the Dispute Resolution Policy.
